Women Writing Berlin Lab
Women Writing Berlin Lab (WWBL) is a writing community for women in Berlin. This platform was born to offer both a physical and digital space for women to show up as themselves fully and share their own stories. Their activities span weekly writing sessions, workshops, publications and podcast interviews.
For their anniversary, WWBL encouraged their members to submit a piece (e.g. poetry, fiction, non-fiction, as well as visual artwork) relating to the subject of movement. All of the submissions were to be collected in a printed publication available for purchase. The goal was to showcase the community members’ talent and diversity.
I was in charge of the creative direction of the magazine and collaborated with the two graphic design talents, Madeline Forrey and Jasmin Sermonet, for the execution of the design.
